I signed up for the iPad Promo, got billed for it (all at once), got a VM that they were crediting it back due to the error, but didn't get confirmation that my iPad is still coming (I am fine if it is delayed). I have called the # they left on the VM twice, was escalated to level 2 support twice, was told I would get a call back withing 24-48 hours (twice) and still haven't heard anything. Does anyone know how I can get someone to help on this?
