iPad Offer

I accepted the iPad offer on 12/5/17 and received an order confirmation email with an order confirmation agreement attached but when I log-in to my account and review my plan, an information box pops up stating that there is a problem completing my order and I should call although the billing portion of my account reflects the additional $5 per month charge. Do I need to do anything else to complete the order or is it just in process and may take more time to complete?

Sorry for the late reply, all worked out well. I recieved an email from Fedex with a delivery date shortly after my post. I have received the iPad.
