I accepted the iPad offer on 12/5/17 and received an order confirmation email with an order confirmation agreement attached but when I log-in to my account and review my plan, an information box pops up stating that there is a problem completing my order and I should call although the billing portion of my account reflects the additional $5 per month charge. Do I need to do anything else to complete the order or is it just in process and may take more time to complete?
