iPad Offer; Status, Shipping Info, Rush Shipping

Hello. I signed up for the $5/mo. iPad offer on 25Jun18. I received order confirmation soon after but have not yet received shipping/tracking info or updated order status. I was hoping to receive the iPad before this weekend, as I am traveling across the country for work on Sunday. Is it possible to rush the shipment of the device, even if I pay out of pocket for the shipping expenses? Thank you for your time.
