Today I wanted to take advantage of the deal for the latest iPad for $120 by visiting the webpage to sign up and add it. After signing in to my account it checked some things and then said I needed to call for assistance. I called and was told I qualify for the deal and I was going to be transferred to someone who deals with iPads. Then I got basically disconnected.
Why can’t I simply sign up for this iPad deal online, especially since the fine print states I must sign up online?
If if I call back on Monday, am I going to be able to get this iPad deal over the phone?
