Comcast Ella has moved on to better things. If you are coming off a special price, keeping the same will be hard to do.

I was told Saturday there was no programs I could get into, funny thing, i could not afford the $49.99 deal for internet, so the girl say, she will bundle a package for us to get internet down,,,,,,,,,,,,,duh, i guess she did not listen to well, I had to take the $39.99 for now until i can find a company around my area i can change to, sorry your message took so long to get to me. I guess they don't care about 75 year old people on fixed incomes..........
