I have been trying to get my address unblocked for almost 2 months. A tenant left without returning equipment which has now been returned. I have spoken with people who said it looked like there was a 0 balance now and they did not know why my address was still blocked. I have sent many supporting documents numerous times. Many people I have spoken to have said they would call me back with updates and I have not heard anything. Can anyone help me?
