horrible customer service

I have called 4 times and still my order has been partially correct.  why cant they get my order right?? I need to speak to someone that actually KNOWS what is going on!!!!!!!!!

The only help you can get is in person. I've had the same treatment for the past 2 weeks trying to get a new box to replace my broken one. I've been lied to about shipping, given fake tracking numbers, and disconnected on twice. I am going on 15 days since being told my box would arrive in 4 or 5 days.
