horrible customer Service

couple month ago, one of xfinity agent called and asked for faster internet service with same monthly payment. she never mentioned about TV service. Same monthly charges and faster internet speed?? I said YES. and after that my monthly charge went up and added TV service which I never watch and I don't even have setup box for TV. I called customer service every month explain same thing again and again. you guys alway said it fixed all good from next month bill. nothing fixed for 3 month. I been Savin all conversation chatting with representatives. And I am going record all phone calls with Xfinity agents. It seriously horroble customer service. I really think you guys mugging customers this way….

I hope you fix my plan  back to original 100mbps internet only $50 even monthly bill.
