i am getting the same error that ive seen other peopl on here are getting. "contact the owner..." i am the only owner on the account and it shows my name listed twice when i click into it. i am trying to get internet back up and running while you guys are helping customers out because we cannot work at the moment. if you could help me with this, it would be greatly appreciated. i have been a customer of yours for probably ten years and would love to continue to be. This will have to be the ultimate decision maker after the last two shenanigans i was put through by comcast/xfinity employees!
