Hi. My name is Robert Franz and I too was hit with 2 hard credit pulls within 2 days of each other from Comcast on May 18,2019 and May 20,2019. I did sign up with Comcast around those dates but I was never told it would require a hard or soft pull or even that it might afect my credit score. The previous 2 years I was with Verizon and paid all my bills on time and before that I was a Comcast subscriber for 2 years and always paid on time. I just disputed it with Equifax and wanted to know who or where I could dispute this with Comcast and hopefully help out the next person in this perdicament.
