So I received a charge on my bank account from Comcast that I did not authorize nor is it on my account. I called comcast, they said to call my bank. My bank says I need to call comcast. I call comcast back and i get the same response, "I don't see that charge on your account."
Of course, it is not on my account, that's why I am calling. They need people who know how to go off script to assist their customers at times like this or provide a number to contact a dept that can help. This is a large amount and no one is in any hurry to give me my money back.
Anyone out there have any solutions on where I should call?
