We have been with comcast for about 4 years now, and I called them to see if we could get the xf double play for $89.99 / month because we currently have the triple play for $160 / month and dont even use the home phone option. The double play would be perfect for what we need and give us more channels than we currently have. They told me that there is nothing they can do . Anyone have any suggestons before I cancel my service? Just dont understand why they want existing customers to cancel service?

Hi flemiti, Unfortunately this deal is for new customers only. If you would like this deal then having your wife sign up for service is the way to go, please let me know if I can assist you further with any of your service questions or concerns.
