error on billing

my bill increased $5.11 and i find that i am being charged for inactive  tv box

 

MY WIFE DIED THREE WEEKS AGO AND THE BEDROOM TV HAS NOT BEEN ON

what kind of deal is this  i want an answer and correction as i have more urgent

things to do

Your issue has been escalated to the Comcast Team available to the Forums.  A member of that team will reply to your post as quickly as they are able, so check back often.

donaldalexander, I'm so sorry about your loss. I understand, losing a loved one is a lot to go through and I don't want your cable services to be an added pressure for you during these times.
