I just received two emails, one from supposedly xfinity and the other from comcast that someone had tried to log into our account and because of this, I needed to go into the link provided on each email to be sure all my information was correct. Both emails stated that our account had been suspended. I did not respond to either email but wanted xfinity and comcast to know what had happened.
Thanks for taking the time to share your experience. The easiest way to report these messages is by marking them as "spam". The more people that do this the more quickly Comcast can act to block these harmful emails. You can also forward the messages to Comcast with email headers included.
