I presently pay $193 for Xfinity triple play service. We watch almost no TV and I've been asking Comcast for a service that just provides data; I'll sign up for Vonage voice services and get what TV we need via some streaming service or a digital antenna. Comcast has alway discouraged this idea. 

 

I now see that for $39.99 a month (as a new customer) or $74.99 as an existing customer I can get a 25MB data only service. Obviously the $39.99 offer is more attractive. What can you do get this service as an existing customer?
