downgrading to just internet

My husband is on disability so i need to downgrade to just the internet but It seems only new customers are allowed just the internet.?? How do i get just internet?

Your issue has been escalated to the Comcast Team available to the Forums. A member of that team will reply to your post as quickly as they are able, so check back often.
