My bill went up and I can no longer afford it. I need to downgrade my services (I would like to get rid of triple play and just keep cable and internet), and am also willing to reduce the number of channels I have. I've chatted with representatives online who have given me multiple numbers to call that either eventually disconnect me or are not available at the time I am able to call. Is there no way for me to manage my plan online and not over the phone?
