I am very happy with your service and products, but I simply can't afford my current package any longer. I only need current levels of internet connection, and possibly a scaled down TV and home voice. If I can't reduce my bill significantly, I will be forced to accept one of the many satellite offers I get in the mail (which I don't want to do).
If a Comcast employee could help with this, it would be much appreciated.
