do actual human beings read this? I need to change my address
I lived at Address A for 9 months. I cancelled my service for the summer of 2019. I moved to a new location. I can't seem to change the address of my account or pay the bill for this address (because Address A is considered inactive now). I need to either delete this account (which is impossible because every link redirects me to the SAME dashboard page) or change the address so I can pay bills online instead of via phone call.
I could fix this myself if the website actually worked.
