A disconnect of service was put in on the 8th and I was told it would be disconnected on the 10th. Would very much like to no why it hasn't been. I refuse to pay for service that I asked to be disconnected.We no longer live at 1200 avondale dr. in Altavista,Virginia,apt. 46. thank you
