i have been lied to by comcast agents since 11/19/19 and i am very upset i have been calling every day adn being lied to i want resolutions to this issue involving a payment reversal or refund which ever you guys are calling it i am so upset i reallly want to drop my services and go with another company because this is sad the way you allow the agents to say one thing and not do it.  I really want to reach out to someone in the corporate office because according to your website your integrity statement is not being followed and i have been a loyal customer for quite a few years and i am upset and have been put in a terrible position because of the mistake that was made by a comcast agent
