What does it take for me to get Comcast to do what it promised to do? I returned back to Comcast after several years with another service because I believed it gotten better with its customer service. when I came back, the salesman promised me that the new cable would be placed underground a few days after install. Now nearly a year later, the cable is still on the ground for all to see as an eyesore. I have asked for it to be placed underground, but nothing has happened. Dont want to be critical but this is why I left the first time. Suggestions?
