**I'm actually posting this on two boards - Billing as well as Customer service hoping either will get me some help**
My bill went up $30 this month and it looks like some promo. period ended?? I do have Triple play but since we've been loyal customers at this address since 2003 and for about 7 years at a previous residence, I was looking to see what packages may be similar to what I had and at a better price. I'm asking the same of the "other" provider in our area. I just can't see paying $30 more each month for this.
