credit for lack of service

My internet ans cable was out of service for 7 days because att cut your wire at the top of pole across the street from me. it took 6 days before you could restore service. How to I get credit for those "No Service" days ??

Your issue has been escalated to the Comcast Team available to the Forums.  A member of that team will reply to your post as quickly as they are able, so check back often.
