I have been out of work and have not made a penny due to the covid 19 stay at home orders. My bill keeps comming. I wanted to speak to someone at xfinity about my situation yet can never get ahold of anyone by phone. Tried to ask on line and the same thing. Doesnt xfinity have either a discount or no payment situation for long time good customers? I need help. Dan Barrett
