I am really upset about the FACT that I cannot reach comcast on an AT&T telephone. Land line or cell phone. Should my cable go out, which it frequently has, I would be unable to reach out for help or report an outage! The only way to reach comcast is either online or use your comcast phone. This is BS! If the cable is out, you cannot be reached! I want a response to this message.
Do I recommend your website? NOT if people can't reach you without using a comcast site!
