So, due to a house fire i've had my service suspended for several months. I've been trying to schedule it to get re-enabled and maybe tweak my plan, but i can't get through to anyone.
I tried using the web interface and it said there was something wrong and i needed to call 1800xfinity.
I called the number and couldn't get past the bot, so i went to the billing contact page and tried the chat option. couldn't get past the bot. So i tried the call me option and when entering the "1" option for customer service the bot told me the response was invalid so i entered it again, it then told me that time was expired. <Edited> comcast!?
