Im having my service set up but I looked at my adressand it is correct except for the room/apt number for my service which shouldn't affect it but I could not find anywhere explaining if xfinitiy will call you or text you when they arrive to set up my service. Whats the process and how do i change my service address

hi @soniajleija, please private message me your current service address and what address it should be, your cross-street, and any helpful information around your residence (e.g. a split duplex, and your neighbor doesn't show up in the system, the county rezoned and acknowledges your residence, you have separate utilities from your neighbor, etc)
