I can't seem to update my streaming package. Every time I go to My Account and click on My Services it says SORRY!
and it gives me a number to call. When I call this number I get someone who, lives far, far away and hasn't a clue what I am talking about. I'm about to cancel. Who can I speak to that will know what I am talking about or who doesn't ask me 15 questions that do not seem to apply to a simple question that is how can I update my package? Cartoons are just not cutting it.
