Online is telling me i cannot manage my account online - to call a phone number. Then that phone number only gives me billing options and won't let you just speak to a representative. How to i actually make changes to my plan?
Depending on your services you may not be able to manage your account online. An employee here would be happy to help you if you like though. Just tell them what you want and they will send you a message with available options.
