can i exchange my non-working HD cable box, by ground carrier, for new?.

How can I obtain a new HD cable box, in exchange for my old, without traveling 45 miles to the nearest store?.

Is there a way to have one delivered by Comcast service, which are seen here daily "in Comcast vehicles"?

Can I have the equipment sent by ground carrier i.e. UPS, Fed Ex, ect.?

Hello papabill14, you can swap your equipment at any time by going into a local Comcast service center or we can have the equipment shipped to you via U.S mail. Please send me a private message with your full name, account number, and street address if you would like the equipment shipped.
