I recently had my cable replaced for my system. the technician at the time,James, said that a work order was submitted in order to have the line buried. He said it will take 7 to 10 business workdays for this to happen. So far it hasn't happened. The repair occurred on May 11th. My question is will there be someone coming out to bury the cable?
Depending on how busy they are typically underground drops are buried first come first serve. It varies state by state but usually it takes around 14 business days for the underground utilities to be marked before any work can be done. I'd give it another week or two and if there still isn't changed it might be worth following up on it.
