i have to pay for 75mbps and every test i do says i am at 32.

you are not giving me what i pay for
i have frequent outages and my rented router restarts and stops 2-3 times a day
i called and spoke to you and you said it is because of heavy traffic at the time.
i dont care if others are on the internet, i pay for service.
i want you to give me a better plan and rate that is equal to my actual service.
oh and i tried to talk to someone instantly and guess what...i doesnt work either.
