been charged after cancellation

hello,

I have moved out of the country and before I do that, I paid all that I have to pay and return all internet and tv to the store and I asked if there is anything I can do, and I have been told I am all good.

now I found I have been charged 85$ ????

Were you in a contract at the time you canceled your service?  That may be an early termination fee.
