when I signed up last year of march I was offered a credit if I sign up for autopay and estatement. Since then I always have to contact them for the adjustment and was told that they can't add it on my account automatically because the system won't take it but was assured that I will get my discount by several agents and won't encounter any problem but today they said I am not eligible for the discount after a year!
