sent in a request to upgrade/downgrade last week.
basically keep same internet with unlimited, downgrade tv fro 140+ to 120+ and add home(surprisongly after all fees only 20.00 more a month then what we currently pay.
however there is no indication on my account of the appointment that was scheduled for tomorrow between 8-10.
not only that but there has been a schedule change and we need to change that appointment as noone will be here <Edited> happens when you are forced to wait a week for a simple HOME install)
