OK, now I'm getting ready to drop my account. I've had an increase of almost $40 - since January. No notifications!
This new monthly fee is unacceptable and if you ask me, highway robbery. I've been a customer since 1992 and probably longer if you include when I lived in NJ. I am looking for a reasonable reduction. Please help or I will have to cancel my service and only retain internet. I can find what I'm looking for with streaming services at A LOT LESS cost per month for the same 25 channels + HBO
