almost as bad as dial-up

Better be resolved in my service call on Thursday. I am expecting a credit be applied to my account.

1) You can't test speeds over wifi on a mobile device. 

2) If your speeds are upside down like that (upload faster than download) it's typically a router issue. A reset is probably in order.

If mobile data is OFF and you are connected to wifi you can test via mobile device. When my internet speed is working as expected those numbers are reflected. And further more, the numbers shown from my mobile device are the same as one laptop 3 feet away from my Xfinity modem as well as an ethernet connected computer 1 foot away.
Stick to your day job and I will continue work with Xfinity support to resolve.
