This morning I had issues due to late payment...thinking it was a modem issue I added my old Zoom Modem showing as 5354 on the devices by accident not knowing I need the X1 gateway for the tv in the house. can you please remove the ZOOM Modem5354 MAC 94fbb29b12DD since I was able to reset myX1 and get everything working I no longer need to exchange it. Also I am working on catching up on my previous balance within 14 days
