a real agent regarding billing

Chat(bot), phone call(hang up) and online(my account), doesn't answer my concern about the rate up for my next billing.

I want to keep the same rate rather than pay the 18.50 rate up for the May bill. 

During these hard times, it would be appreciated for a rate freeze, or a lower amount on my bill.  

I am a loyal, on time, paying customer.
