Called to cancel my account due to selling my home and new home already having service. Needed to talk to a few people to make this happen (really?!?!!). NO ONE mentioned that I was still in a contract and would need to pay the early termination fee. Bill does not have date on it. To not have this BASIC customer service is quite appalling and disappointing. Clearly more training is needed.
