You have failed for two months to bury our orange cable.

Please bury my drop. For over two months I've had an orange Cable running across my backyard. Your company has give me the run around. Twice now you have claimed to have buried the line. The last claim was yesterday. Your team stated they were here all day and the line is buried. Now we hear we are to have an aerial line. Funny that we have absolutely no poles in our new development and not another house had any visible line. You have failed us. You have lied and given us the run around. You agents on chat have abruptly ended out chat. No one has responded to our facebook messages. We have gotten absolutely no where with you. Ticket after ticket has not been resolved. If and when we actually speak with a person they say either one of two things: It shows here in xx date your line was buried or that you have no ticket for your work. How in 2020 has your company allowed this to happen?
