Back in September of last year (2017) a contractor was performed work in my neighborhood on behalf of Xfinity and caused damage to my yard and driveway. The concrete was dug up in my driveway and was not replaced until a certified letter was sent to the contractor seeking resolution. In this letter, I also discussed the yard damage which, to date, has not been resolved. I now have a dip in my yard and the sod was not placed correctly causing noticeable gaps between each patch.
Some assistance in this matter would be great.
