This is complete NONSENSE. I sign up for an internet upgrade on Sunday, I talk to people and chat with people from your company for 4 hours between Sunday and Monday, never mind the time spent WAITING to talk to someone. They tell me I can't activate my upgraded speed until the piece of junk flex box arrives in the mail (that I didn't even want, but it was free so). Today the piece of junk arrives, my wife calls, is on hold for two hours, talks to someone from seemingly another planet and ends up with STILL NO SPEED UPGRADE AND A HIGHER BILL from what I signed up for on Sunday. $33 MORE THAN THE PACKAGE I SIGNED UP FOR. I've probably got 6 hours invested with you people just to get a speed boost that I still don't have. I'm not happy and want to talk with someone, please call me.
