Xfinitywifi hotspot - unable to connect

I recently renewed a 30 day pass for public wifi hotspot access. Since renewing the pass, I have been unable to connect to the internet at all. My wifi will connect to 'xfinitywifi' but it always says 'Open, No internet' and I can't reach any webpages, even a comcast one. I have full bars for connectivity and have tried forgetting the network, disconnecting for 10 mins, running windows diagnostic, removing my device from my account to try and reconnect, etc. Nothing seems to be working, and it's vexxing because it was working flawlessly up to the point when my last pass expired!
