I am going to say first, I am glad my contract with Comcast is coming to an end. I would not recommend this company to anyone and I regret leaving AT&T. For the past few months since the pandemic has started my internet and home services have been unreliable. Everyday there is an outage with the system that requires a reset. Today there is another outage at 10:30 am and they state it will be fixed by 2:50 PM. My daughter has virtual classes for her university and needs Internet connection. I pay $200 a month for mediocracy. Customer service is essentially non existent, calling the service you are cold called with a robot just so you won’t speak to an agent. Why is it so difficult to speak to a human being? This has been the most frustrating thing and I can’t wait until I can cancel this contract. I have tried to get in contact with agents to no avail. I need to speak to a representative regarding this issue and my bill.
