Xfinity prepaid internet frustration

I purchased the Xfinity starter internet package and paid $100 for it. So when I realized I needed a technician to come out and help me set it up, I called the prepaid number and the customer service said one would be sent out on Friday June 15th around 7am to 9am.

So I stayed up (after leaving an exhausting 10hr shift) to no phone call or a technician.

Sadly, I can't call the prepaid number right now and I've been looking to see if there was any other way I could contact the prepaid team but I'm not seeing anything. I'm a tad frustrated that I can't enjoy my internet without help Smiley Sad

Hello Junko22, I apologize for the experience you're having with the WiFi pass. In order to get this resolved, please reach out to our Wi-Fi On Demand Team at 1-866-489-0919. They are available 24/7 and will be able to reset your pass. Sorry for the inconvenience.
