Xfinity pods?

It appears that I qualify for free xfinity pods but all the links to redeem them don’t appear to be working. What should I be doing to redeem these? I received emails, notifications, and messages in my account that I qualify and would help my home network, but all links are broken.

I am having the same issue. I have a xFI Complete account and recently got an email from xfinity that  can order 3 free xFI Pods. But I am unable to order through the link which is part of the email, contacted xfinity who asked me to go the nearest store and the nearest store tell me to order online.  I am back to square one. dont' know how to get the free pods. This is frustrating.
