There is a public Xfinity hotspot I use frequently that has not been working for about a month. I know it's not a problem with my equipment because I frequently connect to other public xfinity wifi hotspots which all work except this one. I have tried with three different devices; they all work on the other public hotspots I use but not on this one. Is there any way to report an outage of this hotspot or do I basically have to accept that it's broken forever as there seems to be no mechanism for reporting problems? Please don't say I should e.g. restart my devices or check my wifi settings; as I mentioned above multiple devices are working perfectly on every other hotspot and not working on this one. I can't reset it because it's a public hotspot I have no control over.
I have the same issue, spent an hour reporting it. They said it was issued as high priority about a month ago, still nothing. Have 4 devices that all work elsewhere on Xfinity hotspot. What is up Comcast?
