I moved to a new house and had my internet service moved. I had to go through the set up process a few times, but eventually the internet was working fine at my new home. About 5 days later, my internet is no longer working. When I long on to my Xfinity account it says “you no longer have Xfinity services at this address.” Whenever I click on make a payment it says my balance is zero. Why was my account randomly shut off??? Makes no sense whatsoever. Whenever I try to call customer service, I get a dial tone or the call drops. So my service was shut off for no reason, and now it feels nearly impossible to get in touch with them. Has anyone had anything like this happen to them?
